18 metre Deck Level Swimming Pool
Salt Water Hydro Pools
The heated indoor salt water hydro pool has seats and loungers which incorporate both an air jet geyser system and hydro jets. This pool is connected to and leads into the outdoor hydro pool with water cannon and feature ‘vanishing' pool edge, where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, in perimeter seats and loungers, whilst being gently massaged by warm water jets and air bubbles.
Sauna – the place of peace
The Rock Sauna has been created to provide a genuine traditional Finnish sauna experience. It is purifying for the soul as well as the body. The dry heat opens up the pores in the skin and cleanses the body. The sauna is relaxing and purifying, it softens the skin and relieves pains in joints and muscles.
Room temperature is approx. 80° C.
Steam Room – misty clouds of wellness
Steam bathing, just like sauna bathing is an old tradition. It dates back to ancient Rome. The temperature in a steam bath is considerably lower than in a traditional Finnish sauna, but the humidity is much higher.
A steam bath refreshes – it deep cleanses and moisturises the skin, relaxes tight and overworked muscles and reduces aches and pains. It rejuvenates the body and revitalises the mind. The bodily and emotional wellness is increased by additional herbal essences.
The addition of soft and subtle fibre optic lighting completes this totally relaxing experience.
Room temperature is between 40-50° C.
Aroma Grotto – complete relaxation
This room reflects the therapeutic effects of aromatherapy, which is increasingly used in modern regeneration medicine. The warm and comfortable environment is further enhanced by soothing aromas which are automatically dispensed.
This room is set at a comfortable temperature of 30/35° C.
Bio Sauna – the ideal combination
Temperature and humidity is combined to provide a soft sauna bathing experience. Smooth and mildly aromatic top quality fine-grained timber is complimented by a Colour Light Therapy Unit to strengthen your sense of well-being and caress your emotions. The Bio Sauna is a truly unique bathing experience.

Environment: unique combination , soft (humid)/ hot
Cold Room
Designed to invigorate and revitalise the body after heat experiences and to stimulate the circulation.
Strengthens the immune system and stimulates the metabolism.
The heartbeat is stimulated and blood pressure regulated. The result is a feeling of freshness and deeper mental and physical relaxation.
• Room temperature of approximately 9ºC
• Ice Fountain which dispenses crushed ice for rubbing over the body, to aid the cooling and stimulating experience
• Drench Shower
The time spent in the Cold Room depends on individual preference, however a relatively short period of time (2 -5 minutes) is suggested.
